I transformed my tiny bedroom into a chic space thanks to B&M bargains

A YOUTUBER has wowed viewers with his remarkable bedroom transformation using only cheap furniture he picked up in B&M.

Jaro, who posts on social media under the name Jaro S London, had collected an array of mismatched furniture in his tiny room since he moved to London four years ago.

But given he’s now using it as a filming studio for his social media content, Jaro decided it was finally time to give the space a bit of TLC.

The beauty influencer started the video with a quick tour of his room pre-transformation, pointing out the lack of storage which meant there were boxes full of make-up and clothes stacked all over the place.

Even worse, the oversized desk meant Jaro couldn’t even fit a bedframe in his room, and was instead stuck on a mattress placed directly on the floor.

Until now, “I was concentrating my money and time on other things than furniture,” Jaro confessed to his viewers.

“I want to change it up, make it nice and make it cute,” he added.

The beauty influencer completed his renovation with a handful of items from B&M: two storage units, priced at £30 and £40, a £30 wooden table, and a wall shelf with a mirror attached costing just £10.

Along with £11 he spent on some decorative legs for the new table, the entire revamp only set Jaro back a very reasonable £121.

And viewers were left open-mouthed by how chic the results were, with Jaro’s space looking like an entirely new room.

The affordable storage units meant all of the mess was removed from the bedroom floor, making it instantly appear twice the size.

Jaro showed off the pull-out compartments in the roomy units, perfect for storing not only all of his clothes, but his rather extensive array of cosmetics and moisturisers.

What’s more, the luxe-looking wall storage Jaro was using as a display stand for his collection of colognes could easily have come from a designer brand.

And the smaller sized oak-coloured table made for a much more attractive set-up for Jaro to film his beauty videos, leaving plenty of room for his large ring light to help show off his looks.

But perhaps the biggest relief was that it now meant there was room for Jaro to finally get a bed frame, and hopefully a better night’s sleep.

“I created this video to show you that you can change your bedroom furniture on a budget without breaking the bank,” Jaro wrote in the caption.

And he reminded watchers that they could always make economical projects look “more high-end than the price tag” by buying decorative furniture legs and handles to spruce pieces up.
